2. How long does shipping take? > We proudly ship from our US and international fulfillment centers. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 5–9 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Do I need glue or tools to assemble the puzzle? > No! All pieces are precisely laser-cut from high-quality natural wood and designed to fit perfectly together. Everything you need, including a step-by-step illustrated instruction manual, is included in the box.

4. What happens if a piece breaks during assembly? > Don't worry! We offer free replacement pieces. Just send an email to our support team at contact@rissala-group.com with a picture or description of the broken part, and we will ship a replacement to you free of charge.
